Customer Service Administrator
Our Client is a large online retailer with a showroom and offices in Bracknell. Due to continual growth, they seek a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team.
Based in the Bracknell office, the customer service administrator can deal with any number of issues at any given time. Customer questions, inquiries, new orders, cancelled orders, customer updates and complaints are all part of a day’s work for the Customer Service Administration team.
Subsequently, it is a fast-paced, multitasking environment where you will be required to juggle and progress a multitude of customer cases at any one time. Successful candidates need to have a calm and logical mindset, genuinely be capable of multitasking, and have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and outstanding communication.
Due to the business having both a strong online presence and a showroom, successful candidates will need to be flexible and work both 8.30am-5pm or 10am-6.30pm shift patterns. You would also be required to work 2 in every 3 Saturdays and occasional Bank Holidays, but alternative days-off in the week would be provided.
In return, a salary of 18k-21k would be provided depending upon experience as well as a range of staff benefits and perks.
