Customer Service Administrator
Our client based in Bordon, hires and sells a variety of Agricultural and Arborum equipment to professionals and members of the public. They currently seek a customer service administrator to join their small team.
Day-to-day the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for dealing with all existing customer enquiries. You will be liaising with the plant and equipment team regarding customer collections, deliveries and regular plant maintenance. You will be issuing all customer contracts, collecting payment, and logging all details in the company CRM systems.
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record in customer service and administration environments.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. A salary of 23k to 25k per annum is provided.
