Customer Service & Sales Administrator


Our client provides a professional CV writing service that helps job seekers enhance their CV, cover letter or LinkedIn profile so they stand out from the crowd.


They currently seek a Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join their team and act as the first point of contact with professionals and job seekers enquiring about different products and services.


On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for responding to phone calls, emails and webchats, answering customer questions and where appropriate upselling additional products and services.  You will help organise the workflow to the CV writers, identifying any issues effecting product fulfilment and proactively resolving any workload issues.


This is a busy customer services role that is of central importance to the entire business.


Successful candidates will be paid 22k-24k per annum.  Working hours are 37.5 hours a week on a shift pattern including some evenings & weekends between 9am – 8pm (Mon–Fri) and between 10am – 5pm Weekends (minimum 2 weekends per month)


Even though the role is remote there would be initial and ongoing face-to-face training in Aldershot and quarterly meetings in Bath (travel expenses paid).
