Our Client creates, organises and runs conferences across the globe on behalf of marine, aviation and energy companies. They ensure a mix of relevant companies and delegates with mutual interests are introduced through formal and informal channels with a view of forging partnerships, working relations and increasing business opportunities together.
Despite the popularity of these events, they can not take place and they can not be successful unless delegates have been approached, educated about them and invited to attend – and this is where you step in!
Our client seeks a Delegate Sales Advisor to join their small team and take ownership for nurturing new and existing delegate relations with a view of them attending a conference of interest to them. Delegates can be approached through an array of telephone and electronic marketing. Due to the nature of the industry though you can be required to attend exhibitions (in any location) to develop new delegate contacts and push the conference branding.
In return candidates will be provided with a basic salary of 16k-18k depending upon experience and an uncapped commission package that realistically means OTE is 31k per annum. As well as the opportunity to travel, additional staff benefits and incentives are provided.
