Finance and Office Administrator
A rare opportunity has arisen with our client who seek a Finance and Office Administrator to join their busy team in Burgess Hill. They are a leading manufacturer and printer of signage and corporate branding and due to continuous growth the Finance and Office Administrator is required to provide administrative support across several functions and departments.
Duties include:
- First point of contact at reception to welcome customers and suppliers.
- Dealing with financial correspondence, allocating payments, sending statements and reminders to overdue accounts, creating financial reports and doing it all outstanding customer service.
- Supporting the senior management team with expenses, travel arrangements or diary management.
- Administration of HR documentation, training records and other health and safety related matters.
- Secretarial support in the preparation of documents for board meetings and helping create and distribute notes / actions from the meeting.
In return a salary of 26k – 28k per annum is provided as well as other staff benefits. For further information please apply below.
