German Speaking Customer Service Executive
Our client is currently seeking a German speaker to join their organisation on a permanent basis within their customer service team.
Working from their offices in Central Brighton the successful candidate will be working as an inbound customer service executive. Liaising with organisations in Germany you listen to and understand their requirements and budget restrictions and help them select the right product to match their needs.
Part of the role is qualifying these organisations and stakeholders and understanding how their operation currently runs. If the product is not right or does not match their requirements then discuss that with them. Good customer service is not giving a customer the wrong product.
Hours of work are between 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
£12 per hour basic pay, paid weekly.
