Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their inbound customer services team.
Working from offices in the centre of Brighton the team work on behalf of a well know brewery responsible for a chain of pubs and restaurants across the UK. The team receives phone calls from customers typically wishing to book a table or with questions about menu options, disabled access or covid precautions. The customer service team are responsible for answering these questions, securing the customers reservations and providing a positive, welcoming first impression.
The customer service team work 35 hours a week across five days. This is typically on a shift pattern of 10am-3pm or 12pm to 8pm – but an emphasis is placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as this is the busiest time for customer enquiries.
The customer services team is paid £9.50 per hour on a weekly basis. For further information please apply below.
