The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced BDM to introduce our name to industrial labour users. This is suitable for high performing 360/sales people with the tenacity to maximise earnings with an uncapped scheme. Industrial recruitment experience is essential for this role. Based in Greater Manchester, the person must have previous proven experience in Industrial Recruitment, targeting customers across the UK. The role would suit an ambitious Sales Manager looking for their next step in a Recruitment Career.

The Person
- Must have proven business to business sales experience in the industrial recruitment arena
- Ability to be self-motivated and source sales leads through a variety of methods
- Excellent communicator with the skills to integrate with the Operations Team
- Experience of quoting and tendering for labour provision contracts
- Commercially aware
- Confident relationship builder
- Smart appearance and willing to take the responsibility to act as a trusted advocate of the business.
