Showroom Sales Advisor
Our Client is a large online retailer with a showroom and offices in Bracknell. Due to continual growth, they seek a Showroom Sales Advisor to join their busy team.
Based in the Bracknell office, the Showroom Sales Advisor will work across a number of different communication channels with the aim of converting sales and increasing revenue. This can be done through face-to-face interaction with customer visiting the showroom. But, in addition there are large numbers of inquiries across both phone, email and social media channels. Therefore, a consultative, intelligent approach with customer service at the heart of things is of central importance.
Successful candidates need to have a calm and logical mindset, genuinely be capable of multitasking, have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and outstanding communication.
Due to the business having both a strong online presence and a showroom, successful candidates will need to be flexible and work both 8.30am-5pm or 10am-6.30pm shift patterns. You would also be required to work 5 days a week, but it must include Saturdays and Sundays.
In return, a salary of 22k-24k would be provided depending upon experience plus bonus – approximately £400-£600 per month, as well as a range of staff benefits and perks.
