Where it all began
Things began with an interview. Simon had worked in recruitment for over a decade and met with a business owner keen to recruit him for their own business. Simon listened to the business owner’s story. He understood the journey, he could see and relate easily to the issues and he knew the solutions. The problem was that during the interview the job no longer interested Simon. He left the interview with other ideas… The Recruitment Lab was born.
Simon had a belief he could create a recruitment agency that offered clients and candidates more insight, more intelligence and help them feel empowered they were making the right hiring decisions.
Like many business ventures starting out; head office was the kitchen table, the team was Simon and the family dog, and the only perk of the job was coffee. Since then, The Recruitment Lab has grown beyond all recognition. We work with hundreds of clients and thousands of candidates across our offices in Aldershot and Brighton. We continue to grow, and we continue to help organisation and candidates make the right choices.
